Landivar makes made-to-measure pants, ordered online, for customers in the Benelux and neighbouring countries. This page explains what personal data we collect on landivar.eu, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Waitlist: your email address and your language.

Messages you send us through the chat: your email address and your message.

Your account, if you create one: your email address, your password (stored encrypted, we can never read it), your height, your mobile number, your delivery address, the pants you mark as favourites, and the photo you upload.

Usage statistics: which pages and pants are viewed. These counts contain no cookies, no names and no identifiers; we cannot see who did what.

To make pants to your measurements, to see the fit on your body before we cut, to deliver your order and to reach you about it. To answer your questions. To tell you when the first run opens, if you asked us to. And to understand which pants people like, so we make the right things.

We never sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The photo you upload is used for one thing: understanding your shape so your pants fit. It is stored in private storage, it is never public, never shown to other customers, and never used for marketing. You can replace it at any time, and it is deleted with your account.

The website runs on Vercel and data is stored with Supabase, our database and file-storage provider. Access to customer data is limited to the people at Landivar who need it to make and deliver your pants.

Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends. Chat messages: up to two years. Account data, including your photo: for as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and everything in it goes with it.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you. Mail privacy@landivar.eu and we will take care of it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

No advertising cookies, no tracking across websites. We only store what is technically needed to keep you logged in to your account, plus anonymous page counts. That is why you see no cookie banner here.
